Building useful software for Linux and more.

I'm Roman. Most of my work starts with something I wish worked better—from GNOME extensions with 200,000+ downloads to full-stack software for real clients.

I don’t stay in one layer for long.

I'm studying computer science at St. John's, alongside mathematics and ancient Mediterranean classics. I've worked on many different projects professionally and personally—from Django and React websites to Linux tooling.

Lately, I've been maintaining and improving my GNOME projects, deploying software to thousands of devices during the school year, and—most recently—researching explainable and privacy-preserving AI for breast cancer screening.
